  • Access is our smart entry and access control system that lets you manage who comes and goes at your premises.

  • You can grant entry using key fobs, RFID tags, PIN entry, or remote authorisation via the mobile app.

  • Yes. Authorised users can be added, removed, or updated at any time through the system app or with installer assistance.

  • Yes or No. On request, installation can be carried out with no drilling or permanent damage.

  • The base station uses Wi-Fi for full functionality, however is not absolutely necessary for standard operation.

  • No system can guarantee absolute prevention, but Access greatly reduces risk of unauthorised entry and provides control over who enters.

  • Contact us immediately. The lost device will be disabled and a replacement issued to keep your premises secure.

  • Unfortunately, ACCESS usually requires drilling to allow the hardwire link to the door locks and power.

  • All installations are carried out by XRelay Authorised Installers, who carry X-01 ID. You can verify IDs at xrelay.co.uk/verify.
