  • This depends on the system(s) you specify when you order, we typically say between 30 minutes and 2 hours, however larger systems may take longer. We will give you a true estimate when we book you in.

  • For the renters, or people who want a clean install, we do offer no-drill options on request, however sometimes due to your system type we will be unable to honor this request, please ask us before we start.

  • All XRelay staff carry official X-01 Group identification, which can be verified at www.xrelay.co.uk/support/verify

  • Don’t worry, if you lose an RFID tag, remote controller, or other access method, just give us a call and we will remove that access method from your system to keep you secure. Replacements can be arranged at extremely competitive prices.

  • No system can guarantee 100% security, however both systems reduce the risk of intrusion, by deterring, restricting, and alerting the user, and the emergency services when necessary.
