  • CONNECT is our business connectivity service, providing upgraded hardware whilst staying with your current ISP to improve network speed, reliability, and security.

  • Yes, you must have internet access to have a CONNECT system installed. if your business requires a more stable, secure, and scalable connection than standard consumer-grade Wi-Fi can provide, CONNECT is built to handle business demands.

  • Our engineers will install and configure the required hardware, test your connection, and ensure your network is stable before leaving site.

  • Most installations are completed within 1–6 hours, depending on the scale of your setup. Similar to SENTINEL, this can be much higher for enterprise-grade installations.

  • No provider can guarantee complete uptime. However, CONNECT uses robust hardware and proactive monitoring. XRelay cannot mitigate downtime from issues with your ISP’s service.

  • Usually yes, however upon request we can sometimes install systems without the need to drill or cause permanent damage.

  • All installations are carried out by XRelay Authorised Installers, who carry X-01 Group ID. You can verify IDs at xrelay.co.uk/verify.
