  • All of your data that you save to your STORE system is stored only on your local STORE system. XRelay will not be able to see anything stored on this system.

  • Only you, and people you authorise, will have access to your STORE data. Your drives, and all of their content, are inaccessible by third parties.

  • Absolutely, XRelay, the X-01 Group of Companies and STORE systems are fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Your STORE system will never remove or overwrite data without your permission. Your data will remain on. the system until removed by the user.

  • No system can guarantee 100% prevention of data loss. However, Store uses encryption, redundancy, and continuous monitoring to minimise risk.

  • Don’t worry, it’s just like any other data area on your devices, so you can move, copy, delete and create files at any time.

  • Absolutely not, whether it is your personal data from your booking, to your data stored on your STORE system, that data is protected by strict data agreements.

  • No. Upon install your drive will contain no data. In the event of repairs, backup or replacement, installers are bound by non-disclosure agreements to not discuss what is on your drive, except where legally required to report material that is unlawful or poses a threat to safety.
